What Information Do We Collect

We may collect personal information about clients, customers and other people we deal with in our business including their names, telephone numbers, postal addresses and email addresses for a variety of different reasons. We collect personal information from you when you join our online and in-club memberships and subscriptions, when you enter competitions we run, when you complete our questionnaires and when you telephone, email, fax or otherwise contact us to make enquiries and bookings.

We use the personal information only for the purpose for which it was collected. For example, if you have agreed then we may use it for communicating information to you about our upcoming gigs and other events and letting you know about any special offers we have running or that the venues where we perform are running. It may also assist us in contacting you if you have won any of our competitions.

We may use your personal information in our own market research with a view to gaining a better understanding of your interests so that we can personalise our services.

We will only make disclosures where we are required or authorised to by law, by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) or by you. This means that we will not sell or trade to any third party any personal information you have provided to us except where you have given us your consent to do so.

Photographs

At our events you may agree to having your photograph taken by us. We will often use these photographs on our website so that our members and subscribers can download them and reminisce about their big night out!

Whilst we only publish those photographs that people willingly pose for, if you find your photograph on our website and object to it being there, you can contact us and we will remove it.

Access By You and Correction

If you want to know what information we hold about you, you can contact us and we will give you access to it. If you discover that any of the information we hold is incorrect, inaccurate or out of date then you have right to contact us so that we can correct it.

Online Disclosures

To try to bring you offers that are of interest to you, we may allow various other businesses who we have a relationship with to advertise their services on our website. If you visit our website and view these advertisements then the advertising server's company may collect information such as your domain type, your IP address and clickstream information.

We supply our services as independent contractors. We provide our services in a number of different venues and are engaged by a number of different parties. We are not responsible for any of the views, representations or conduct of any of the venue owners, their employees or their patrons.
